RB Concept Classico 11 .21 engine start + break in procedure

Today I ve started the break in procedure on my RB Concept Classico 11 .21 engine in my Xray RX8 rc car.

Starting procedure:

1. fill up the fuel tank
2. prime engine by covering the exhaust pipe stinger while turning the flywheel
3. check that throttle is closed and the napply glow driver on the glow plug
4. start engine with a starter box or the pull starter

Engine break in:

1. let the engine run @ idle for at least 125cc
2. let the engine cool down before restarting it - open main needle at east 1/2 turn more than it was originaly set. Run the engine for at least 375cc on the track at low rpm so it will be cooled.
3. start closing the manin needle to make more rpm for at least 375cc - it has to smoke a lot
4. close main needle more for 250cc
5. tune the engine but be aware not to overheat it
