how to make homemade micarta

One of the most popular videos on my youtube channel is about making homemade micarta for a knife handle. Micarta is very easy to make at home, all you need is resin and some canvas or paper.

1. In the video I used pieces of denim cut out of an old pair of jeans. You can also use paper or any other canvas
2. Impregnate the canvas with epoxy resin
3. Harden the compound under pressure
